In order to find the lowest term, you need to make the denominator equal and make the fraction an improper fraction.

Improper Fraction-
9 5/10= 19/2 (this one is simplified)
11 4/5= 59/5

Equal Denominators-
19/2 (5) = 95/10
59/5(2)= 118/10

Since 95/10 is lower than 118/10:

9 5/10 is the lower term!!!
Hope this helps!
