If you are trying to simplify then you would have to combine like terms
3kgx296g+5kg+326g (there is no sign between 3kg and 296 so i am assuming that is multiplied)
add 3kg+5kg and get 8kg
add 296g+326g and get 622g
So the equation would be 8kg*622g
